For customers residing in Switzerland or or in any European Union country, you agree, as we do, to submit all ligitation arising from the commercial relationship between you and us to the non-exclusive competence of the jurisdictions of Switzerland, which means that regarding the application of the present terms & conditions of use, you may take legal action to assert your consumer rights in Switzerland.
For customers residing in USA, you agree, as we do, to submit all litigation arising from the commercial relationship between you and us to the exclusive competence of the jurisdiction of Vermont State, USA.
For customers residing in. Canada or another country, you agree, as we do, to submit all licitation arising from the commercial relationship between you and us to the exclusive competence of the jurisdiction of St-Jérôme, in Quebec, Canada.
4. Modifications of service or terms & conditions of use
We reserve the right to modify at any time all Services of the SCT website, our procedures and general terms & conditions, including the present terms & conditions of use. You are subjected to the current terms & conditions, procedures and terms & conditions of use as soon as you use the SCT website.
